Monitors & Volunteers

​The Principal is responsible to serve as the ministry leader of True North Christian Academy. He or she is the primary paid staff person assigned to facilitate an effective and efficient team for the day-to-day operation of the True North Christian Academy, overseeing the school in a manner which is consistent with the Vision & Values of Dryden Full Gospel Church and in agreement with the School of Tomorrow Curriculum. 

The Principal / Head Teacher is entrusted to provide capable oversight in planning, development, delivery and evaluation of all school affairs, curriculum, and any related support services.

While the Principal is the primary head teacher and main supervisor of the students and the school, a number of parents and other volunteers serve as monitors in the classroom, helping students, and assisting with events and activities throughout the year.  Hiring specific classroom assistants or having additional monitors or helpers may change year to year due to finances and availability.​

DFGC Lead Pastor: Rev. Nikolas Amodeo

​The primary duty of the Lead Pastor of DFGC is to minister to the congregation and provide pastoral services to the whole church body, being responsible to the DFGC Executive Committee to give sound spiritual leadership, vision, and direction in all matters of spiritual welfare, administration, personnel, finance, public relations, outreach, and community life. 

This mandate includes True North Christian Academy. Therefore, the Lead Pastor serves as the Administrator of True North and works closely with the Principal and staff to ensure the healthy and proper functioning of the school and wellbeing of the students.
